Things are fairly unclear about just who Cleopatra is and where she came from. While clearly not the original Cleopatra (who was not even actually Egyptian) Her look and abilities are heavily themed after what can be considered the theme park version of Egyptian history. Looking more like a vague cultural stereotype of Egyptian mythology. Worse for all is her personality as a controlling, self absorbed and very vain woman who sees herself as a goddess with supposed divine right to rule over whatever she wishes. Normally she would be but a conceited diva had she not attained the magical power to back up her haughty personality.

She treats men as slaves, and is only marginally better to woman, but she has a particular disdain for things she deems ugly, especially people who do not fit her standard of beautie, and will go out of her way to try and eradicate them.

Cleopatra is armed with an array of powerful magic ranging from elemental control over water sand and wind, and even the chain jewelry she wears acting on its own to fight for her. all of this increased in power by her staff of authority. But Cleopatra's most commonly used method is her brainwashing. Due to the mythology surrounding the original Cleopatra, she likes to play up her charms and appearance and pretend she can simply seduce others into doing what she wants, but the truth of mind control is much darker and more horrible. Her method involves breaking down a subjects will through pleasure and pain sensory overload, leaving severe traumatic long term effects. Among the numerous victims, often times severe depression, memory repression, or post traumatic stress disorder occurred. The most famous case of this being Hercules Olympus, who experienced long term guilt and fear after being brainwashed to try and kill her own allies. Cleopatra remains one of the most powerful, dangerous, and unethical villains at large to this day.
